When is the best time to schedule maternity photos?
Most maternity sessions are scheduled between 28 and 36 weeks of pregnancy. This is when your bump is beautifully visible while you’re still comfortable enough to enjoy your session.
Where do maternity sessions take place?
Sessions are held in my Youngsville studio or at nearby outdoor locations such as DeHart Botanical Garden, just north of Wake Forest.
How much do maternity sessions cost?
Maternity sessions start at $450, depending on whether you choose studio or outdoor photography.
Can my partner or children be included?
Yes. Maternity sessions can include your partner and children to capture your full growing family.
Newborn Photography Questions
When should I book my newborn session?
It’s best to book during your second or third trimester to guarantee availability. Sessions are typically photographed within the first 5–14 days after birth.
Where are newborn sessions held?
All newborn sessions take place in my Youngsville studio, designed for a calm and safe environment with natural light.
How long does a newborn session take?
Newborn sessions usually last 1-2 hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and breaks.
Do you provide props or outfits?
Yes. I provide a simple, timeless setup with wraps and soft textures designed to keep the focus on your baby.

I recommend booking maternity sessions early in your pregnancy and newborn sessions before your due date to ensure availability.
What happens if my baby arrives early or late?
